Through Sketching on Napkins, a series of events produced by DDC, chefs and designers will collaborate on the creation of meals and dining experiences. The kitchen will be redefined as a design studio, and the design studio will become a kitchen.

Sketching on Napkins is a response to society’s growing interest in innovation, design, and food. Each meal produced through Sketching on Napkins will explore one theme developed by Chef Nils Noren in partnership with an architect or designer. An intimate group will be invited to observe the chef/designer collaboration and to participate in the resulting meal and dialogue.
